COMPLETE[PLAY]The Runaway by Cowley - thw
Thank you.
I'll be assembling this soon as The Stolen Heiress is done.... No matter how many plays I start over whatever length of time, they always all seem to end up at the same time!
Thanks, Todd

excellently portrayed again Matea, thank you so much Emily definitely has a strong mind and a head of her own, so it is totally believable that she would be running away to escape an unwanted marriage. well done.EltonTheSnowman wrote: ↑January 29th, 2023, 8:22 amEmily (finally) ready for PL:

Acts 3 and 4 are PL ok right away.
Act 2:
> at 1:40: (p. 17) "you'd lose by the exchange" – you forgot "by", which changes the meaning here
Act 5:
> at about 3:16: (p. 82) missed quote: "The proof I have given of my sentiments, Sir, admits of no disguise – or, if disguise were necessary, I could not assume it."
thanks

I need the Epilogue intro words. "Epilogue written by D. Garrick, esquire." Separate file please.Kalamareader wrote: ↑December 19th, 2022, 8:51 pmToddHW wrote: ↑December 19th, 2022, 7:40 pm They have already been read by the readers playing the characters whose original actors are named in the script.
So you will just say "Prologue written by the Author" at the beginning of the Act 1 file and "Epilogue written by D. Garrick, esquire" near the end of the Act 5 file.
Thanks, Todd

Missing Bella's first line in Act 4: "Nay, but hear him - hear him, Harriet."
