Tom, from our perspective, appendices are optional. You as soloist can decide whether to include them.

In that case, friends, I think I'm done. The appendix does not appeal to me. It's been fun working with you both. I hope to work with you again. I'm sorry to leave you with the reader issue, Michael. This is the first time I have added to the MW. I will get better with practice.

No worries, Tom. Only took a couple of seconds to fix. 8-)

We don't normally include a table of contents into the book summary, because the section titles play that role. If there's some critical information of that kind that can't be included in the titles but could be supplied in the book summary, we could include it, but in this case there doesn't seem to be anything unusually deficient in the section titles. Do you really need the TOC in the summary? If you do, it would have to be coded in HTML, because the format tags we use in our forum posts only work in the forum.
