Hello, my name is Sean and I'm a long time LibriVox listener. Some of my favorite readers are Elizabeth Klett, Mark F. Smith, and Mil Nicholson, but I really admire everyone who contributes.

I read 80+ books a year, and a good portion of them are audiobooks. Once I get my bearings, I'd like to volunteer to proof-read recordings.

Someday, maybe, I'd like to read. My favorite authors in the Public Domain are Anthony Trollope, Jules Verne, Mark Twain, and their colleagues. My biggest problem with 19th Century French and Russian literature is the quality of their English translations (I'm looking at you, Constance Garnett.) As the US Public Domain marches on through the 20th Century, I will be most interested in working on newly available translations.
