[group] Uncle Wiggily and Mother Goose, by Howard R. Garis (1873 - 1962)

This project is now in our catalog at https://librivox.org/uncle-wiggily-and-mother-goose-by-howard-r-garis/
Uncle Wiggly, that irrepressible rabbit, meets characters from Mother Goose in these stories. The Cow that Jumped Over the Moon; the 3 little pigs (each has their own story of course); Little Boy Blue, Little Bo Peep and many many others join him in delightful adventures. Each story is not long, perhaps 1000 words, and will be fun to read. Please note that the second set of stories starting at section 27, will have different section numbers from what the book says are chapter numbers. Always use the section number. (Summary by phil chenevert)

These do look delightful! Would it be greedy to ask for the first four?

After December 30, that introductory paragraph about PD will have to be amended to reflect that copyright in Canada becomes 70 years after author’s death. So I’ll have to get in ones like this while I still can.

Thanks,
Winnifred

Readers Wanted:
Where the Blue Begins by Christopher Morley (humorous novel about a "Synthetic Hound" named Haphazard Gissing I.)
Potemkin Village by Fletcher Pratt (science fiction novelet)

Is part 2 being done as a separate project?

If not, can I add from part 2: VI. Uncle Wiggily and Mary’s Lamb

Thanks,

Part 2 is indeed part of this project, I just overlooked adding them to the magic window. So yes, you may have Mary's Lamb but note that the section number will different.

Absolutely you mayread that chapter. And welcome to thisproject and to LibriVox. Ask if anything is confusing.  :thumbs

And how would you like to be credited in our catalog? What name? most of us use our real name but it is up to you. This might be what you say at the start "read by ......" so people will be able to find your recordings.

I will put this into the magic window for proof listening. But please notice that the proper format for files is shown in the first post "unclewiggilyandmothergoose_##_garis_128kb.mp3" In this case it would be unclewiggilyandmothergoose_06_garis_128kb.mp3 Every project will give you the exact format like this in the first post tokeep everything matching.
