We had chicken curry and chapati. Tomorrow is tomato chutney and chapati…and then probably a more western meal (chicken, potatoes, zucchini) because I have my limits on how much Indian food I want to eat.

Hm, well, I tend toward cookbooks rather than sites. The Essential South Indian Cookbook is a great one. I also use 30-Day Indian Keto Recipes quite a bit. I think that one may be available on a blog online. And I use my MIL’s recipes.
