Is this a mystery novel? Or A novel mystery? It doesn't seem to have got, as we say in the tirade, off the ground!
(Talk about a source of irritation ... )
Cheers

Next, Please!

Yesterday I read "Kiss Carlo" by Adriana Trigiani, a fascinating novel, set in Philadelphia around 1949-50, centered around actors and acting. A good read.

I'm on it! Thanks Michael. This relieves me of grass-clippings, sawdust, and soil duties this morning, and with a bit of luck it wil be too hot to do any work outside this afternoon!
Thanks too for the PM.

I have changed my mind about grilling a small pork steak on my campfire barbecue this evening, and shall, instead, take a portion of frozen fish out to thaw: boiled fish with mashed potato and carrot tonight. (In Newfoundland, "fish" means Cod; everything else is bait)
Now: What about them others (evil grin!)

Cheers, Chris

Them Others now ready for PL. Aumonier really is good at delving into the fears and motivations of those people in society who are usually overlooked
