The volume of Number 11 is pretty low compared to the rest of the recordings. Is there anything wrong with my laptop or do you find it too low too?

No, there's nothing wrong with your laptop. I thought I had fixed all of Rebecca's recordings, but I guess I missed that one. Thanks for the heads-up! I'll fix it as soon as I get home today.
