NOTE: I'm running the AC in here today, and I noticed the background noise was higher than usual. Therefore, I ran the noise reduction on this file. If you can tell a difference, I can redo Chapters 4 and 7 for you. It will only take a couple minutes. Please let me know. I'd rather have a good quality if possible! Sorry that I didn't think of that sooner.

I'll continue to do that on the next files I submit.

Thank you Rita, Carol, and Jim! I have loaded your files into the MW and added them to my PL list.

What a lovely Patty you make! Both Chapter 2 and Chapter 4 for Patty are PL-OK

And I didn't see any links attached to your post. However, that wasn't a problem as I was able to track them down easily and get them into the MW :)

Your Miss Cobb is exactly how I imagined her! Thank you, Carol! You did everything fine and the audio quality sounds good to me on the files you submitted. The narrator (that's me) will be doing all the intros/outros. Keep doing what you're doing, you got it all right!

Chapters 4 and 10 are PL-OK!

Chapter 7 Note:
This fix is optional I believe.
0:15 heard "I sure would wish my fiance to be more er- dignified..."; text reads "I should wish my fiance to be more er- dignified..."
I've gone back and forth with myself on whether or not this needs to be fixed. The way you said it does certainly fit with Miss Cobb's way of speaking and doesn't seem to change the meaning. I'll leave it up to you on whether you would like to leave as it or change it to be more true to the text. I'm good either way, just let me know.

I had to redo this! In fact, I'm ashamed that I only had 34 seconds, and I had a silly error like that! I just did a very long chapter with no mistakes (probably my longest recording to date). I could not in good conscience let this one slip through.

I feel really bad that you had to ponder this. Next time, just say, "Carol, do it right!" "If you can't manage 34 seconds..." I know you're not allowed to be so blunt, but as a reader, it's my job to get it right the first time. This project takes a lot of work so surely, I can do my best, so you don't have to struggle with anything!

Thanks for your willingness to let it slide! Librivox rocks!
