Hi Aaron - Sorry to have to tell you that your file ends suddenly just after 24 minutes with Dorothea getting the letter about the baby. Could you check it for me, please?

Of course.
Sorry about that. I don't know what happened. I will investigate when I have a free moment.

Evening all:
I am still trying to rectify this mishap.

The fact is I have a CD with 29:17 of recording. Normally (working brilliantly in the past) I drag the CD into a program which converts to an mp3.

When I do this (this last time with this particular recording)...it only shows 24:10. Does any one know another way to convert to an mp3? I am very befuddled.

The program I am using is SoundConverter. In the past I have not had a problem.

Please let me know if you have any thoughts.
Thank you so much for your help.
Aaron.

Aaron, I've never even made a CD. Would you mind posting your question in the "Help and Advice" forum? Just copy the text of your previous post, and paste it into a reply over there. You should get lots of suggestions.

Aaron,

Do you have access to itunes? You should be able to use it to convert your audio file from the CD into an mp3 file.

Jo:

Thank you so much. I will try that. I even tried in GarageBand and couldn't figure it out.

Best, Aaron.
