Hi Fern,

Very nice job on those edits

My apologies, but in spot checking the file, I realized that I failed to mention one other thing. This is totally on me for neglecting to include it on the first PL report.

At the beginning of the file there should be a silence of between 0.5 and 1.0 seconds and at the end there should be 5 seconds of silence. I heard 1.2 and 1.1 seconds respectively. Please fix those and reupload.

Section 3 is 17 mins long to the end of VI. There is no VII.
It then goes into a whole chapter about Beethoven, which I don't see in the MW??
And then another chapter V on operatic development....

Have these been omitted?

It looks like I have somehow overlapped with sections 7, 8 and 9, recording hours of work that has already been recorded...??!

Edit: Okay, I figured out where I went wrong. I skipped somehow into the whole idolatrous section on Mozart, so the file 2 I uploaded is all Mozart, and has already been done by someone. The end of Mozart (fatuous, I have to say!!) is recorded but not uploaded, at 17 mins. but it looks like Jake did that section.

I've redone section 2 using the right text (uploading later today), and will take on 3 another day, so sign me up.

glutton for punishment my mother used to call it. (where did she get that?)

Furthermore!! though I feel like I'm talking to myself here,
I notice that section 7 has not been recorded yet, so if the reader defaults, maybe all is not lost of the recording I uploaded yesterday. I'll check when s/he subscribed.... as it's one of the last sections not complete.
EDIT: it was January 25th, so there are a few weeks to wait to see whether they come through. I'll keep my file till then in case we need it. I leave town March 28th, so please let me know asap...

Hi. Thanks for your reply, Jake. Small note: I have a little niggle that somewhere I may have read "Pacini" for "Piccini", so I wonder if we can signal to the PL to listen for this.... I know I got it right most places, but there's that little niggle...
