yay, I'm happy you are back with another chapter

And this is such an eerie coincidence just now

This morning I PLed practically the same topic/chapter in the other Annie Payson Call solo I am also DPLing. It was not word for word the same, but it was both time explaining about restful working. Strange.

Ok, on the whole it's excellently narrated, but I have a few notes to correct or at least suggest:

> at 9:42: "Character grows with practice" – you say "patience"

> from 12:15 to 2:17: between "following questions" and "what do I resist" – the pause feels too long, I would cut quite a bit here

> at 2:17: "One" – Maybe it wouldn't be bad to add the numbers at the beginning as well, like in the book. It shows better when a new question/idea starts, and then you don't have to leave so much silence between

> at 12:33: "Two" - same

> at 12:37: "Three" - same

> at 12:45: "Four" - same

> at 12:58: "Five" - same

> from 13:28 to 13:31: between "into daily practice" and "end of section 11" – the pause is also very long here, I always recommend staying under 2 seconds, even between paragraphs

Thank you for the suggestions. I always wondered about the numbers. Now it makes sense.

What is the other book with the same author? Guess I can read it at my leisure time.
