It's No. 65, Addison!!!
This took a while as it is the longest read I've done so far, plus...you know...life...
Duration is 28:44.08.

Peas and Lovage
Section 47: Shakespeare - "The Merchant of Venice"
https://librivox.org/uploads/philchenevert/englishlitboysandgirls_47_marshall_128kb.mp3
Time: 31:20
Please note two apparent typos/errors in the text:
Approx 9:17:
The text says:
"There is no need of any trail of the caskets"
From the sense, and from what is said before, this should be:
"There is no need of any trial of the caskets"
Approx 12:04
The text says:
"Commite itself to yours to be directed"
This is not a word, and from another edition of MoV, I read:
"Commits itself to yours to be directed"
So, I have read it as I think it should be corrected, rather than with the typos. (I can easily change it back, if you would like).

Hello! I was hoping I could have this done by my deadline, but I need to please request a week or two extension, if that is ok. Thanks!

Hi all -
I am very sorry for going missing for 2 months - I ended up getting fairly sick (not COVID) and was not able to use my laptop to do PL work.
We are going to get this book finished! I adopted it almost a year ago and it WILL get done!
So I am going to PL what I can PL now and try and get things cleaned up. If BY THE END OF THE WEEK you have not heard from me on any outstanding issues please let me know - I might have missed your request when going through the history of the posts in the last 2 months.
Regards -
Lynda

Hi Brooke - how is the recording going for your last sections? I have a bunch of catch-up work to do in the next few days as I have been away sick and not able to listen to the recordings submitted so if you need until Thursday that is fine with me.AlongsideMom wrote: ↑October 5th, 2021, 5:22 amThat would be perfect, Phil! Hi there! Thanks for providing this detail! I think you are correct, they are typos from when the book was made into a document.kmasters wrote: ↑August 21st, 2021, 4:21 am Section 47: Shakespeare - "The Merchant of Venice"

Section 47 is very well read and PL OK! Thanks so much and sorry for the delay!

This was an excellent recording and it is PL OK! Only tip is to remember to start your recordings between 0 and .05 please. Don't worry about this one - it was just a little long and the end was perfect!LangeM wrote: ↑August 20th, 2021, 8:17 pm It's No. 65, Addison!!!
