This would have been marked PL OK had you not missed the first, short part of the two parts to this section. Please insert the following at 0:30 "EMANCIPATION IN NEW YORK.
The period fixed by law for the termination of slavery in the State of New York was the 4th of July, 1827. According to the census of 1820, there were 20,279 free persons of color, and 10,092 slaves in the State; making in all 30,371."

Ready for review. I removed the extra "dis" and that noise was my ragedy old chair. I re-recorded the sentence. Thanks.

The corrections are all great. But, somehow or other the volume of the recordings got changed.

section 37 - the volume needs to be reduced by about 3-4 dB

section 67 - the volume needs to be reduced by about 6 dB
