I uploaded the files for Daring Deeds of Famous Pirates by Edward Keble Chatterton here:

I used the frontispiece for my cover and retouched it, but I wasn't able to verify the artist. Neither this book nor "The Romance of Piracy", where the other illustrations were taken from, tell us by whom they were created.
