The Negro Laborer: A Word to Him, by William H. Councill (1848 - 1909)

William H. Councill, former slave and contemporary of Booker T. Washington was founder of Huntsville Normal School, now Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University in Normal, Alabama. This short volume consists of short pieces of advice to the Negro workers of his time with some statistical information at the end. Councill reflects many of the attitudes and opinions of his time. I just read chapter 6 and it ends in the middle of the sentence.

"It is true that laboring men have their grievances, but"

Do you want me to end it like that or would you rather I finish that sentence which includes the title and beginning of chapter 7?

Ah, yes. I forgot I needed to post special instructions for these chapters. There are a number of them that really need the title of the next chapter to complete the sentence, and in this case the title of Chapter 7 and the rest of the sentence. So, if you could add that for this one, that would be great!

I'll add notes to the other chapters that are like this.
