Section 17 Object of War
Well done! PL OK.

Section 32 National Education
PL Notes:
4:08 Heard something like "second notion" it's slightly garbled.
s/b "second DOCTRINE"

5:25.5 Heard "Asterisk ........." the sign of a footnote
More common is to say "Footnote...." then "End Footnote" after it has been read. You should check with Amy about this. It happened in the following section too.

Just two easy fixes needed. thanks.

2:20.5 heard "Asterisk" again. See PL note for section 32.

6:02 Repeat "to the.... to the inducements to the accepting the office.

6:55 "asterisk....." again, see above

You're cutting a wide swath thru these sections... Great!

I agree with saying "Footnote"..."End Footnote."

PLnotes for Section 26
Good morning JG. This is the first of your recordings I've PLed and I am very much impressed. I found only two missteps, the first one significant and the other one a "reader's choice" bit of picky-ness.

Bad file name: lownquiry2_26_godwin_128kb.mp3
s/b enquiry_26......

4:50.5 "employ themselves in a casuistry"
Heard "Cows-us-tree" (3 syllables)
s/b "Cuh-ZOO-iss-tree" (4 syllables) This is me being really picky! But, if I had not had the text in front of my eyes, I couldn't have guessed what the written word was. So, even tho I'm being picky, I thought I'd bring it to your attention. Maybe you want to change, it, maybe not.

You'll need to change the name of the file and upload it again whether or not you make the pronunciation change.

I look forward to hearing more of your readings.

Considering Godwin's vocabulary and syntax, I think it's possible that there was a motto-plaque on his office door:
"I write not for the Many
but for the Few."

Haha!
I think that is my motto, too. But I wish I had his intellect and vocabulary.
