I am unable to open this text source, probably due to copyright problems for me.

Michael: can you access it and somehow download for me as pdf ? :hmm:

mine doesn't open in the browser either. It means it's a copyright problem for Europeans maybe. Let's hope Michael can access it for me.

Hmm, it's a 1923 edition. The only reason I can think of why Hathitrust might be blocking full view in death+70 countries is because the translator's name is unknown. I can't find this scan on other sites, so I can't download it. I'll just have to PL it myself. Hopefully, over the weekend. I'm having a busy week and there's a PL backlog to work through. :)

The last part is normal. Only institutional users can download most full view books at Hathitrust in full. Others can download only one page at a time, and I'm not sure if there's a number limit. Aside from the inconvenience of downloading and sharing 23 PDFs, I was thinking you wouldn't want to PL a work that Hathitrust restricts in your country. Unlike Google Books, whose geographical restrictions are shrouded in mystery, Hathitrust has a well-documented copyright review program. This book is in full view for Maritza and me.

indeed, this doesn't sound like a funny plot. :? But it was excellently narrated to my ears, even though I did only understand a few words.

I have only one question about one word that sounds odd to me. As I don't know Polish, I need to rely on you to assess whether it changes the meaning in any way:

> at 17:24: "ciemną bawełną — pończoch" - as last word I hear more something like "karpetz" instead of "ponczoch" :hmm: - could you check please and let me know if it's correct like this ?

Also, your volume is only 84.7 dB, could you amplify with 4 dB maybe ?

thanks

Sonia
