A short one this time, but I did find it intriguing.
Nicely read! “The Mathematicians “ is PL OK!

Very well read, I like your different voices for the different characters!

There were some weird noises off and on throughout, I couldn’t tell if they were background noises from bumping or moving your setup somehow, or if it was static or something within the recording itself. It was most noticeable at the time stamps below:

1:03
1:19
3:17
13:29-13:37
15:32-15:38
19:49-19:50

I’m not sure if there is a way to edit out the noises or if you will need to re-record those bits and edit them in. For help in editing, if you need it, check out the Guide for Newbies linked in the first post, or if you need more help, you can try asking on the “Need help? got advice?” Board here on the forums.

Also, you need to leave 5 seconds of silence at the end of your recording. You are off to a good start though, look forward to hearing more from you!

Very well read, I like your voice a lot!

Just one small correction, the silence at the beginning should between .5 and 1 second in length, yours is 8 seconds. If you can trim that and re-upload, it will be good to go!

Thanks so much for proof listening, Colleen! Are you onboard for 076?

I don't think so, I have a pileup of solo projects I'm PL-ing and looking to start a second solo in addition to the one I have in progress. I wouldn't mind returning for a later edition, though.

Hi Amy,

This turned out to be a bit longer than expected, but here it is in two parts. Please enjoy.
Any comments are very welcome.

Ralph

martral wrote: January 25th, 2021, 4:21 pm Hi Amy,
I'm working on a new short story, but it's turned out to be not so short. I'm in for about 90 minutes (before editing).
Should I cut it up into chapters or move on to another story. Either way it been great practice so far.

Thanks!
Hi Ralph,
We can do 2 sections for a long story. Does it seem like a short book? If so, it could be a solo project.
We'll be able to use it one way or the other.
Cheers!
-Amy

Hi Ralph,
I will move these into SSF 076. This one is full now. For future recordings, please don't capitalize in the filename. The system doesn't like that.
Thanks!
