did you download the correct file ? https://librivox.org/uploads/toddhw/civilianclothes_bell_hop_3_128kb.mp3 I asked for a voice credit in my PL notes and she actually handed in a second recording. The voice credit comes after the intro disclaimer (at about 0:21)

I'm assembling Act 1 and making the cast list. That character only appears in Act 3 and I had not looked for the voice credit as anything other than the first thing said in that file.
