This is PL OK. We just had a mix up on the file name, since this is Chapter 9, but Section 11 because I had divided some of the long chapters into two sections. I may have got this wrong in the MW window for you. But, we'll take care of all of that on this end.jasonfink wrote: ↑December 11th, 2020, 9:18 pm Chapter 9 completed

All true stories - the Indians and the horses, and the sheep and coyotes.
I was surprised to find out that those critters are quite abundant here in New England, too. I always thought of them as desert animals.
I grew up in Umatilla County, and it was still the wild west in a lot of ways. No sheep though.

Sorry for the delay in chapter 24. I’m just finishing up my audio and revisions. I’m not sure if it’ll be done today, but soon.

Chapter 24
I believe I pronounced all the words correctly, and I hope I understood how I was supposed to say Oregon. If I said it wrong, I can easily correct it.

This is very well read and I'm happy to mark PL OK,.
Pronunciation is good enough.
There is the oddity, though, that second "o" in "Oregonian" becomes a long "o."
And, one of the other differences that we Oregonians put the accent on the second syllable of "Willamette." Don't ask me why.

It is always best to claim by Section numbers from the MW.
So, I have assigned you Sections 25-28. Please let me know if this is what you intended.
Welcome!

Hi there Larry,
Well, it seems that about every three months (July, October, January) I stick my nose in here. Might I claim Section 18 please?
Thanks,
Wayne

This is much slower than I had anticipated.
The first one went so quickly. But, this is a longer book with longer sections, so I suppose that is understandable.
