Gentilissimo a collaborare a completare l'opera nonostante gli imprevisti e impegni che ti hanno purtroppo impedito di interpretare il ruolo principale che avevi scelto.

Ricordo che ho valutato i due ruoli del quinto attore e dell'uscere compatibili per una stessa voce, in quanto pronunciano alcune parole ben lontane nell'opera e quindi senza rischio di confusione di ruoli.

Pier, do not forget to assign the three sections for the finished acts to ALL the readers who participated in that act. I see those three sections are not filled in with participants yet. Or maybe you want to wait and see if you need two parts per act ?

because then the readers may change of course.

Also you have to prepare a cast list for our catalogue page later on. It should look like this: https://librivox.org/the-cabinet-minister-by-arthur-wing-pinero/

Here is an example on how to write the html code, so the links to the readers work:

Martha: <a href="https://librivox.org/reader/10179">Sonia</a>

Just copy/paste this line and fill it in with the role instead of "Martha", the reader name instead of "Sonia" and the reader number instead of "10179" and then it will work.

Sonia ,
I have just checked the preliminary editing of the three parts (with just "il padre" missing) and they last:

parte I: 55 minutes
parte II: 44 m
parte terza : 32 m

So the doubt is concerning only part I. I made an estimation that in parte I il padre says approximately 9.000 characters in approximately 2000 words. My estimation is that to say these words it will take approximately 20 minutes.
If this estimation is correct the final lasting of part I will be approximately 55 + 20 = 75 minutes (which is exactly the time limit for one section I think ?).

So as a conclusion I am not sure now if part I can stay as one section or it will need to be divided in two, while part II and part III will certainly remain one single section each. So I think I can start working on assigning readers on parte II and parte III and wait for parte I.
What is your opinion?

yes I think if you manage to get it to 75 minutes, we'll be fine. Does this include the cast list in the beginning ?

Because if it exceeds 75 minutes, we could consider making a special section 0 for the cast list, this will give you a few minutes less already and maybe then it will fit into one section.

So I think I can start working on assigning readers on parte II and parte III and wait for parte I.

Yes in the minutes I indicated in part I the cast list is included (about two minutes), so if we will exceed the 75 minutes just a little bit, it could be a good idea to make a section 0 for the cast.
