Usha,
They are a little long but spot check PL OK. For the future be sure to use the magnifying glass tool so you can really measure the time. Good job. Thank you.

It's perfect this time. PL OK.

...health and joy, that is certainly the desired blessings for 2021. Happy New Year to you as well. May it be ever so much gentler than 2020.

Thanks Linny. Sure, I will take more care in future. I had to measure upto 5 - 6 seconds using the magnifying thing (+) on Audacity but probably missed.

Thanks for taking the time for review and feedback.

Happy New Year to you and all fellow Librivox members.

Thanks.

Hi Jane, thanks for chapter 13. I hope you enjoyed it. Looking forward to chapter 14.

I saw that someone already commented on 28 & 29. I agree that the only major problem was the 5 seconds of silence. If you wanted to edit it a little more, below are some things we noted:

Chapter 28:
2:27-2:29, a little fast
4:13: Skipped “other” (in ‘going after other gods’)
6:03: awkward cut
6:59: Skipped “He pledges the income, freely, altogether”
7:29 - 7:31: pause between “follow” and “out” (“we cannot expect everyone to follow out these new theories...”)
9:59: pause between “power” and “broke” (“innermost motive power broke forth...”)
11:03: Five seconds of silence at the end

Chapter 29:
0:23 - 0:27: words are a little slurred
0:42: a little rushed
0:59: long-ish pause
2:08: sound gets quieter/a little muffled
8:39: The name “Judith” is said a little unclearly
12:05: a pause
12:26: “moss-grown” isn’t said that clearly
17:04: Five seconds of silence at the end

Great job overall! I really like your voice and your reading!

Hello, thanks for the notes. However between your post a dedicated proof listener came aboard. So you do not need to pl the sections. I can invite you to a project of mine which doesn't have a dpl yet.

\good morning. Chapters 6, 11, 15 and 16 are now orphaned. Any takers? And can someone update the mw? It is more dificalt for me to remember the names of readers and remove sections then to add one reader, and I cannot really see what is written in the mw...

Hi Stave,
I updated the MW.
