Well, I have stage directions for all acts recorded, but had time to edit just Act I. Some of the entrance lines were hard to spot, so I hope I didn't miss too many. This play does get emotional as it goes on. . . .

an excellent job, Larry and indeed, for Pinero it was rather short

You did miss one line, but not more.

Here it is:

though they're not as short as you thought, you forgot a few lines, especially in Act 2

But the rest is wonderfully expressively narrated as always.

PL notes for Act 2:

> at about 2:17: (p. 63) "Jelf enters, and at the same moment a few chords on a piano in another room are heard"
> at 2:19: (p. 64) "he goes out" - I hear "she goes out"
> at about 2:47: (p. 66) "eating a lozenge"

> at about 11:53: (p. 103) "Trimble prompts Bompas"
> at about 13:30: (p. 108) "Jelf enters"
