0:00: Opening silence is too long. It should be "no more than 0.5 to 1 second", and you've got over 1.6 seconds.
0:02: This should be 'Chapter 18', not 24
0:24: Same as above.
36:13: You're missing "End of Chapter 18"
36:13: Ending silence is too long. It should be "~5 seconds", and you've got over 6.4 seconds.

You seem to have deleted the last four minutes... I've edited together the original file and this new one to make the full thing with the corrections though, so this is PL OK now.
