13:49-14:00 - the volume drops off somewhat gradually here, then stays low for the rest of the recording. I think you could amplify this 10 seconds or so separately (since it doesn't need as much as the rest), then amplify the rest of it, and it should be fine.

(I show the recording as 26:11. Did you give the run time without the final silence? We use the run time of the whole file, like when it's displayed on the catalog page.)

On second thought, I'm opening up sections 1-4. The reader claimed them and sections in 2 other projects and hasn't logged in since. I'll let the reader focus on the other 2 projects for the next 3 weeks.
