These sound great, and for sections 93 and 95-97 there's nothing to change about the text itself! However, in running the files through Checker I'm finding that for each file the sampling rate is 48,000 Hz, where it should be 44,100 Hz/44.1 kHz. I'm not actually sure whether you would need to re-record in order to address that (I hope not!) or whether it can be changed after the fact, but if you could post about it in the Audacity thread of the Need Help? Got Advice forum, some helpful people with more knowledge than I have about the technical side of recording software can give you some guidance.

Also, the files range between 83.3 and 84.7 dB in volume. Could you amplify them to be within the target range of 87-92? (Apologies to those I gave notes about volume levels between 87 and 88; I've since learned that the range is a little wider than I had thought.)

Another thing that I don't think you would need to edit these files for, but can just keep in mind for future recordings, is that it's preferable to have a silence of about 5 seconds at the end of each recording.

Other than that, the only PL note I have is that in section 94 at 2:16, "When he was asked by Pilate," you say, "When he was asked about Pilate." I mention such a minor discrepancy only because it results in a change of meaning.
For the time being, I'll need a little more time than usual to PL sections that come in on weekdays. Thanks for your patience.

Section 106 is word perfect! The only note I have is that the volume, which is currently at 72.2 dB, needs to be amplified.

All sections PL OK! The line about sweetening one's coffee with a pickle made me laugh.

Thank you Lauren, falsecitrine for your recordings, and Scarbo for the tireless and very speedy PLing!

Tristan, well done on your readings! I briefly listened to one of your files, you have a very pleasant voice!
Anyway, please correct the bitrate and the volume (and, preferably, the ending silence so there is a bit of a gap between the recordings) and make sure you get the filenames right - they need to have 3 digits for the section numbers, so 094 etc.

Jayhawk, welcome to LV and to this project. 4 sections are assigned to you - enjoy!
Cheers, Ava.

Thanks Availle and Scarbo, it's been a fun first project.

May I have the honor to claim the last free section 98?

Oh, it's indeed the last open section - for now. However, it seems that there will be some orphans in a couple of days...

Anyway, 98 is yours, and with that we're full - for now.
Cheers, Ava.
