Hello, everybody here!
Please take a look at the following problem with our YouTube link:

The actual link to our channel is:
https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCouUgWl9ezPO0JU2xxha0OQ

I insert into the correspondent field in my LibriVox profile:
UCouUgWl9ezPO0JU2xxha0OQ

As a result of that, the LibriVox`s link sends visitors to the following URL, which actually doesn`t exist:
https://www.youtube.com/user/UCouUgWl9ezPO0JU2xxha0OQ

Obviously, the visitors see "error 404", because that URL doesn`t exist.

As I can understand, I`ve not any possibility to change that, right?
And that must be repaired by the local programmers - simply changing "USER" to the "CHANNEL" into the URL, right?

Could anybody help me, please? :help:

Problem confirmed.

This seems to be an issue with the forum software as a whole, this does not appear to be anything that we can fix easily, I'm afraid.
Cheers, Ava.

It`s a pity, but OK, thanks for answer! <3
The people who create and maintain this site are great, and I'm sure that over time they will fix this too.

"Resident witch" - it`s so cool! :D

Dear Availle, the things I`ve just read onto your site remembered me of the japanese book I`ve liked the most, among the others read by me.
It`s "Thousand Cranes" by Yasunari Kawabata. And I`m surprised there is not an English audio version here. It`s a pity I can`t read it aloud in English but I believe that one day I will be able to read it in Ukrainian. :)

Thousand Cranes is indeed a great book!

However, it was published in 1952 and Kawabata died in 1972, so it will be a loooong time until it is public domain (in the US) and thus recordable for LV...

I think the profile and the signatures are part of the bulletin board software so there is little any of us could do about it probably?.
We only have some control over our database and the catalogue display based on it

One way or another, for sure there are or will eventually be found some ways to solve this problem, I believe! In fact, it shouldn't be difficult for site engineers.
Thank you, Anne!
