Would you mind helping me pronounce this name as would someone from England? Reference: Sorrell and Son

SO-r'l

SO as in pot, cot; almost like saw, but shorter and tighter ...

r'l as in "rely" spoken quickly; almost like pol in polite, but shorter and tighter.

Overall, like the herb, or "moral".

I once knew a guy named Sorrell (hmm, that sounds like the start of a limerick). He pronounced it

Su rell, su to rhyme with duh or uh, rell to rhyme with bell, stress on the rell.

He grew up in Texas, so probably not relevant.

Well, there are sorrel horses, but that's probably not relevant. Still, that's what I think of.
