I did removed the correction and recorded again the duplicate. The second line: actually is "grave", not "gay" -my pronunciation was faulty there. Thank you.
12:33 - 12:47 I still hear the phrase with stumble and then repeated.
12:57 – 13:02 likewise

My pleasure. I'm sorry I don't have more blocks of time to do more.

Almost there, but the repeat, "the green knows how to be gay - the green knows how to be grave" is still there at 12:50 - 12:54.

Okay, I must admit to being a touch confounded here.
This is the text, pg. 164, : Oh, yes, the Green knows how to be gay ; but the Green knows how to be grave. "
That is what I hear when I listen to my audio.
Do you not hear the same?

Section 17 submitted. Note: recording was 85+db so I normalized, which increased to 90.1. Still learning audacity -- if there was a way to only slightly increase, I am not aware yet but would be happy to tweek, if desired.

Section 17 The Sieve
Duration 17.20.20

Yay, thank you, Becky!

90 dB is just fine. Almost ideal, in fact. Although 89 is the ideal, anything between 86 and 92 is great! I'll also do a slight volume adjustment to all files that need them in the final step before cataloguing.

As soon as Larry is able to PL this recording, we can get this book to the catalogue, if all is well. I can already confirm that the tech is all good here, including volume.

My, this was certainly was worth waiting for!
I hope we'll hear much more of your expressive reading here on LibriVox.

The only minor thing is that the ending silence is a bit long at 6 seconds, and we like closer to 5.

happy to mark this PL OK and bring this book to a close, and release it to the listening public.
Thanks to the superb cast of dedicated readers.

I'm not worried about an extra second at the end. I'll go ahead and send it over to archive. Thanks, everyone! :D

Thank you Silverquill and MightyFelix -- I realized after I had submitted that I had forgotten to check my seconds of silence on both ends! Thanks for forgiving the over-run!
Looking forward to listening to the entire book.
