Either by OCR error, copy-writing mistake, or misjudgement by the author/editor this, comma is by far the most annoying.

I had a record album when I was a kid, Victor Borge in concert; that was my introduction to phonetic pronunciation.
But I had never heard of this bit with Dean Martin!
