Yes it is! I recorded it already i'm trying to submit but it is saying error , how do i fix that?

I haven't come across such a thing before but make sure that the recording is in this format:
rainbow_##_lawrence_128kb.mp3 (all lower-case) where ## is the section number (e.g. rainbow_01_lawrence_128kb.mp3).

Any other reason could've caused it, so before I go on listing all the things that could've done it, could you please tell me what it displays when the error message comes up? And when does it come up?
