The pdf file of illustrations is a wonderful addition and is very much appreciated by myself, as I know it will be by other listeners.

Regarding prologue.
There isn't one in this version from what I can see, but there is a preface at the end that i would like to include.

I would welcome any suggestions etc.

I was reading along with my version. It looks to be the same preface. Mine is just at the beginning. <shrug>
