Not able to access magic window

I tried following the instructions at https://wiki.librivox.org/index.php?title=BC%27s:_How_to_update_the_Magic_Window#Accessing_the_System_.E2.80.93_First_Time_Login but my user name is not recognised when I try password reset. I want to add a ghost story title at viewtopic.php?f=19&t=83522

You're not supposed to access any Magic Window unless it is your project.

Just post in the thread. The BC - book coordinator - will take care of this for you.
