I'm marking this PL OK with just one totally optional note:

5:25 Prof. Chas. Sprague Smith
6:22 Mr. Chas. C. Beaman


Chas. is an older abbreviation for the name Charles. And "Sprague" is a long "a," I think.
But, I think it is fine to leave as it is, according to your preference.

Again, just an optional pronunciation comment which I know only because I live in this area of New England and have been to the town many times.

10:15 and 10:44 Chicopee around here is pronounced Chick – a -pee, with accent on first syllable.
