The volume is too high. It comes in at 93.2dB. Please amplify by about -4. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z_z607awyLw
~18:56 there is a noise as if something fell or was dropped. It will need to be cut... but I think you should probably re-record that entire sentence.
