Sorry about that, I was probably counting the second in my head instead of looking at the actual numbers on the recording (which, really, is much easier).

The silent period at the end has been cropped down to five seconds:

Thanks!
This is ready for a quick Spot PL.

Here are the first and last poems for this volume, Ready for PL.
They are read with the full LV disclaimer, per our MC, which I concur is an excellent idea.

I would be happy to have you record these for us1

BEFORE you do so however, we do request that you complete a short test recording to check out your set up and specifications and identify any other issues.

I STRONGLY suggest that you start be reading through the Newbie Guide to recording. There is a lot of information there that will get you off to a good start. Read through the instructions in the head post of this thread. Under Point 2 you will find the link to the Guide, and in the Guide, Point 2 will give you all the information that you need for completing and posting the Preliminary Recording.

When you have an "OK" on that, post here again and let me know how you would like to be listed in the LibriVox Catalog -- real name, pseudonym, or any nickname that you wish.

Let me know if you have any questions.

The was a claim for 45 that came in just before yours, but I have put you in for 25.
Feel free to chose another.

Thank you!

I suspect most of us can remember something similar to this from our own childhood

Can I add section 22?
