The file is much easier to understand now, but there is still a lot of hum. I think that doing anything else to the file will probably make things worse, but you should probably try to identify the cause of the hum to eliminate it for future recordings.

Chapter 13 PL OK

You still have the background noise... it's very regular, like a fan. Are you using the internal mic? Or a laptop that is connected to the mains? Either could lead to picking up your computer's internal fan.
There is less distortion and the reading is clearer
