Welcome to lIbriVox Megan, good first reading, but there are a few tech issues to sort out...
- the file is in stereo, we need a mono file (set in Edit/Preferences/Devises/Recording/Chennels)
- the bitrate is 320 kbps and we need a bitrate of 128 kbps (this is set when you save/export to mp3)
- the volume is low at 79.5 dB. You should aim for your waveforms to peak near the 0.5 mark, like this:



You can check your volume using our Checker program - see info at http://wiki.librivox.org/index.php/Checker You will find the volume in decibels on the Information tab. For your information, we look for around 89 dB (87-91 is OK) (all the other tech specs are there also)
- at 1:01 in your recording I hear "And I’m not alone—and no one cares" the text reads "And I’m alone—and no one cares"
- please include the file duration with your upload link
Could you make these corrections and upload please, use the same filename.

* I forgot to mention that your recording was in stereo and we need mono -- I converted that for you, so you are all set this week.

I've never PL'd before, but I can tell you that there was a bit of a pop at the 6 second mark (not sure what that was or if it's just one of those things), you didn't make any mistakes when reading, and the kitty noise you made at the end was just darling
