Roma, the volume is 84.3 dB. You should aim for your waveforms to peak near the 0.5 mark, like this:

You can check your volume using our Checker program - see info at http://wiki.librivox.org/index.php/Checker You will find the volume in decibels on the Information tab. For your information, we look for around 89 dB (87-91 is OK) (all the other tech specs are there also)

Thank you Frank, I hear a couple of mis-reads - at 1:27 "To make sweet music, that they could succeed.” the text reads "To make sweet music, they could succeed.”
and at 2:02 the second last line is missing "For the reed which grows nevermore again"

Thank you spatel2, your volume is a bit low at 86.3 dB. You should aim for your waveforms to peak near the 0.5 mark, like this:

As far as I know, 86 has seemed to pass so far. I was told the target range was 86-92dB. Thanks for the info, I'll aim for 89 now!
