I think it might be a little strange since Taft already has them broken down in parts 1-3 but if you think it works then go for it.realisticspeakers wrote: ↑October 13th, 2020, 3:51 pm https://librivox.org/uploads/linny/stateoftheunion_1909_1912_12_various_128kb.mp3

OH. that's right. I didn't remember what I read when I read ahead. Never mind.linny wrote: ↑October 14th, 2020, 4:22 amI think it might be a little strange since Taft already has them broken down in parts 1-3 but if you think it works then go for it.realisticspeakers wrote: ↑October 13th, 2020, 3:51 pm https://librivox.org/uploads/linny/stateoftheunion_1909_1912_12_various_128kb.mp3

Section 10 is here:

Time is 33:55.

And section 11 is here:

Time is 31:57. That completes the 1911 address. Painful as it would have been to sit through, in some (many?) respects a whole lot more informative than what we get nowdays.
Thanks for listening,
Joanne

SECTION 14 BREAKDOWN alteration.
Hi. I'm going to continue on for 2 more paragraphs in section 14;
beginning on CONSOLIDATION OF THE SUPPLY CORPS, and end on
and exclusive to
PORTO RICO
which would thus begin Section 15.
My internal dialogue has shifted to this mode of language.
Not sure if that certifies me, but...

Time is 18:05, and the entire section is devoted to tariffs on wool. What a different time it was.
