If it's simply LV, then - who? We have no board or other officers. We admins aren't officers/board in any legal sense.

Thanks! Others have done far more, but I'm proud of my own milestone. My first cover was in 2013, only did a few over the next few years, picking up as I become more proficient with Photoshop and more confident that I can please the project coordinators.

Hats are not 'required'; encouraged but not required. I am relaxing the rules for the poor hatless people out there. They won't get bonus points of course.
I can see that one day soon I'm going to have to brave the local thrift store to see if I can find something suitably silly! All I have are boring ball caps.
