Great reading!

PL notes:
@05:06, small repetition at "Dirk Bouts, the artist of Haarlem,"
@14:33 - repetition of the name: "a friend of the Frisian humanist, Rudolf Agricola, who on his return"

Hi Leni,

I seems that I often like to get to the 'bottom of the matter' . May I claim Section/Chapter 21?

Thanks,

Wayne

I enjoyed this. From reading the posts here, I must have led a very 'sheltered', 'deprived' life, for, as Huizinga says in the first paragraph, to me (Wayne) "He has become a name." Even in this short section I learned a lot about him. :D My education has been furthered.

Thanks much, Wayne! I will listen to it soon and give you feedback.

That is one of the wonderful things about being in LibriVox: the chance of stumbling upon works and authors we had not had the chance to know before. I have learned so much here, I constantly find myself referring to things I learned while reading, BCing or prooflistening for LibriVox! :D

Thanks for the recording! There are only two simple corrections to be made. First, the file is really loud, could you reduce the volume a bit? Also, the file name should contain no capital letters, so, it should be erasmus_12_huizinga_128kb. That is all, thanks!

Hi, Leni, sorry about the loud sound. I've reduced the decibels, and also removed any Caps. New file is here: https://librivox.org/uploads/leni/erasmus_12_huizinga_128kb.mp3
Thanks.
