Here is chapter 10, sorry about that. Next time I'll try to pay more attention to what I'm doing!

Duration: 7:16

Perfect, Lily! Section 10 PL notes:

-The volume is too quiet at 84.3 dB. To adjust the volume in Audacity, select the whole recording. Click Effect > Amplify. In the Amplification box, enter the number +4.7 dB. Verify that the file is around 89 dB using Checker.

-We require only 5 seconds of silence at the end of the file, and your file has 7 seconds.

Please re-upload for spot PL when you are ready. Thanks so much.

"Phil? PHIL? Now DON'T tell me you don't remember me because I sure as heckfire remember you. NED RYERSON!!!!" (Woodchuck reference. Or ... groundhog.)

Seriously, Phil, I'm leaving on a week's vacation tomorrow. Can my last chapter wait until my return or would you prefer to have it tonight?

Groundhog reference noted. It will be repeated. You can wait until after your vacation, that is fine Nan.

Hi, cadastra, sadly, I don't have Audacity. I am sorry the recording does not sound as good as before. It sounds muffled because that was the only way I could make it louder. Hope it still works though!

Thank you! I don't have Audacity because our computers are too new. We tried installing it though.

I have finished my two selections:

6 Winkie in a Storm

https://librivox.org/uploads/philchenevert/winkiethewilywoodchuckhermanyadventures_06_barnum_128kb.mp3
14:17

7 Winkie in a Trap

https://librivox.org/uploads/philchenevert/winkiethewilywoodchuckhermanyadventures_07_barnum_128kb.mp3
9:27

And, like all my animal friends, I leave her stuck in a trap. Poor Winkie.

Thanks,

M
