A general comment. As you are new to librivox, you can expect to develop your style and technique as you go along.
It is a pity that you have recorded all the sections before getting that input, as I may need to repeatedly make the same point.
Hopefully that won't be too much - we will see.
The one thing I did note in my survey of your readings before agreeing to be DPL is your handling of page turns.
The ideal thing is to have your text reader in a format that allows you to see the bottom of one page and the top of the next, plus the means
to scroll silently (I use a touchpad on my laptop for this purpose).
The next best is to read up to the natural break before the page turn (e.g. a comma or period), remember the text after the break,
make the page turn, make an editing mark for "close-up" (I use three clicks), then carry on with the same intonation as before.
What I've observed at least once is you get to the bottom of the page, make and audible page turn (table noise), take a breath and continue
with a much louder start. As this occured part way through a sentence, after editing to remove the gap, it will sound strange.
There's a couple of things to learn here: 1. using clicks (or claps) to visually mark edits to be made. I use two clicks for a fix-up and three for a close-up.
2. remembering your intonation (pitch, volume, speed) where you stop, so that you can re-start as if nothing had happened.
I won't be asking you to re-record, but I will be asking you to edit out these gaps as and when I find them.
