Excellent! Excellent! Just the reading I was hoping for! Nick's patter for the wax-work show was spot on! Hilarious! Queen Katherine de Medicine had me rolling! Wonderful!

A pitch-perfect reading for this poor, two-timing weasel! Great job!
Glad that you have been able to post. Your claim is in for Miss Eliza as you requested.
Thanks, Todd
I would like to submit the following play to this collection-
Title: Short and Sweet
Author: Adolphus Charles Troughton
PD Text Link: https://archive.org/details/TroughtonShortSweet
*Note* There is a copy at http://www.gutenberg.org/ebooks/52661 which might be easier to read.
However, there is a mistake in Mr. Sweet's line in the Gutenberg copy (pg 5). It reads "Why, my dear Mrs. Sweet, you heart the whole thing canvassed this morning between me and Mrs. Short, and you never made the smallest objection." (heart should be heard). The correct line can be seen on page 5 of the archive.org copy.
Link to author on Wikipedia: N/A, death date unknown
Link to title on Wikipedia: N/A
Number of Roles (including narrator): 7
Original Publication Date: 1861
List of Characters (gender neutral casting):
Stage Directions
Mr. Sweet (of the Stock Exchange- a Friend of Short's)
Mr. Short (of the same- a Friend of Sweet's)
Stephen (a footman)
Mrs. Sweet
Mrs. Short
Maria (Mrs. Sweet's Maid)
Please let me know if I left out any information. I am excited to BC my first play!

Here are the stage directions for "The Bloomer Costume":
https://librivox.org/uploads/toddhw/bloomercostume_stage_stirling.mp3 16:50
I believe this breaks my record for longest file submitted on LibriVox. I look forward to hearing it once all the characters' parts are added in.

Is it too early to sign up for roles in "Short and Sweet"? If not, may I read Stephen?
Thank you both. Play added, claim in.
