If you can do the edits needed without re-recording the whole poem, I think that is the best option. (Just record the new intro and outro and paste on the old).
However, if you want to re-record the whole poem that can be your choice, of course.
In general, we discourage re-recording the whole thing, because it creates more work for you as the reader, and more work for the proof-listener who has to listen again (and there might be new things to fix), but this is a short poem so it wouldn't be a problem if you choose to re-record.
And when you are ready, it's OK you can upload again to the uploader with the correct filename, then post the link here
