Hey sahildalal123! Thanks for your work on chapter 25! You've got a great narration voice. Below are the PL notes. If you could edit/fix them that would be great.

Chapter 25 PL notes:

1:41 repeat. "and were soon ready to move out..."
3:46 repeat "and there would have been"
6:10 repeat "taken on another similar charge"
6:26 repeat. "and as one of these...one of those letters"
7:33 repeat. "I knew what was best for..."
8:17 repeat "some...somebody else"

P.S. its easier to fix the audio starting at the end and working your way forward, that way the times stay accurate :D

Please upload your corrected recording with the same file name and post the link and new file length here in the forum so we can check it again.

Hi there! Just starting here on LibriVox and I'd be happy to take section 11 for a PL.

Hi silverquill,
thanks for this valuable resource. It was very helpful! I see now in the magic window that this project has a DPL so I'd look out for something else to PL.
Thanks again.

Well, that is the DPL who has had to drop out, which is why we are looking for a new person. That is just waiting to be updated when we find a replacement. So, if you are still interested and think you can take this on, I would be glad to have you. :)

imilshtein is in as DPL, thank you!

You will need to access the Magic Window (MW) for the first time. This LINK has the instructions for doing that. Please access the MW as soon as possible, and let us know when you do access it, or are having problems.

Oops, sorry that I missed getting this in the MW, but is now marked Ready for PL.
We lost our DPL, but have a new one coming on board, so please be patient.

Thanks for your contribution.

Thank you, but instead of the rough draft, could you upload you final edited draft using the required naming format:

radioboyssecretservice_##_duffield_128kb.mp3

I assume this is still a rough draft since the opening silence is over one second and I hear a loud clunk during the intro., and there are distinct clicks at the end.

Looking forward to your completed file.

Hi mkiser11 and thanks for your work on chapter 11! I loved listening to it! I've got only a few minor notes. Please see if you are able to fix those and then re-upload the recording.

01:01 cuts off too soon “… unless I hear them talk”
01:45 squeaky noise in the background “we are…” -
02:19 cuts off too soon “…just came in myself”
04:06 minor static background noise “… giving presents to his friends”

As a humble suggestion for other recordings when you edit and stitch multiple small parts together... try to minimise background noise so that when the audio segment ends it doesn't cut off into a dead silence. This will make the transition between the audio segments more seamless and improve listener's experience. Once again, great stuff!
Regards,
IM
