[COMPLETE] On Ephesians by St Chrysostom - icequeen
Thank you! Our power was restored before we got home, but we've got damaged trees to deal with. Trees here are soooo tall and always a threat with high winds. There appears to be minimal damage to the roof, but we won't know until after a few thousand dollars worth of tree removal. In the meantime, I'll keep trying to slip in recordings
Peace be with you,
Sister
Hi Sister!
Homily 8 part 1 is PL OK!
Is everything OK? The only PM I have from you was regarding your Homilies on Colossians, but nothing new since then.
We are fine here, just a little smoked out. All these wild fires in California are filling the state with all kinds of smoke and ash. I have never seen anything like this, even when we have had a fire close by. It is very strange.

Where I live, we have not had a fire in a few months, thank you Lord Jesus! We had one in June that came within a couple of miles from our church, but they were able to get the fire under control without having to evacuate people on that side. All the fires that you see on the news are north of us by a couple of hours. The smoke and ash is a totally different story. Last Tuesday, I woke up to orange skies, we were smoked in, instead of fogged in, for most of last week. We started to see blue skies on Saturday, which meant that Father did not have to cancel Mass, because that it outside in the back parking lot. Now I can go out for a walk, or record a section or two!

Hello, Ann! Section 11 is ready for you.
I feel like St John is reading our news! But as one of my Sisters reminds me, the enemy is the same now as back then.
I try not to read in a dramatic or personal way, but the homilies in these two projects are so moving, I know I get too engaged while recording.
