Belly Laugh
Ivor Jorgensen
https://librivox.org/uploads/alg1001/ssf070_bellylaugh_jorgensen_mdl_128kb.mp3
http://www.gutenberg.org/ebooks/28643

As i was completing this i realized that this is catalogued under Randall Garret's name, but the text accredits this to Ivor Jorgensen.

Hi Cora,
This story isn't in the public domain. We can't use it. That information is on the Bibrec page of Gutenberg main page for this work. http://www.gutenberg.org/ebooks/19000
Sorry,
