Thanks for claiming! I am leaving footnotes at the readers' discretion. Read them if you think they add something important to the listener, by saying [footnote] [end of footnote] before and after. If unimportant, just skip them. Happy recording!

Thanks! Another quick question -- the prologue opens with the quote from Milton, and I cannot find what "Il." is supposed to be short for in the reference citation. Illustration? Or can I just leave it at "Paradise Regained, Book III"?

I think it is actually two "L", meaning "lines". Just like "vv." can be used for "verses" or pp. for "pages".

Just a note; I'd like to sign up for Section 2, but I changed my recording setup before doing Section 1, and wanted to make sure everything sounds good before committing to more chapters. So please put me down for Section 2, when the 1st one is okay

I put you down already (hope you don't mind), just to prevent someone else coming in and seeing the section "open" in the window. Also, since you were worried about the setup, I checked briefly the first minutes of section 1, and it is great both in tech specs and reading. So, if there is anything to change, it will probably be minor. So, if you want to go ahead and record section 2, please feel free
